Our Koko bootie in Wide Widths available in either cow suede or wool upper, cozy faux fur collar finished with a double ring and post buckle closed strap. Treated with NeverWet® technology for protection from the elements. Wool blend lining with a sheepskin comfort footbed on our slim lightweight blown rubber outsole.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS $49+
ShoeShock provides free standard shipping on orders $49 or more. Once we receive your order, it will be processed within 24-48 hours unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

We offer three types of shipping options for our customers:

(3) Expedited Shipping (1 Business Day) - $35.95

WHO DO WE USE TO SHIP YOUR ITEMS? 

We utlize UPS or USPS as our preferred delivery companies. Shipping method will be determined based on your addressed and shipping method that you prefer. Tracking information is provided upon processing your order (within 48 hours of your order).

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, ShoeShock will issue a refund for merchandise that is in new, unused condition with the original packaging.Items must be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days of delivery to the shipping address provided. ShoeShock reserves the right to refuse merchandise it appears to be worn, damaged, and/or not in the original packaging.

Exchanges are free and we offer two easy ways to exchange an item via our online chat or by contacting our customer service representatives.

Returned items will incur a $10 restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount (excluding shipping cost or taxes)
