RETURN/EXCHANGES POLICY
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, ShoeShock will issue a refund for merchandise that is in new, unused condition with the original packaging.Items must be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days of delivery to the shipping address provided. ShoeShock reserves the right to refuse merchandise it appears to be worn, damaged, and/or not in the original packaging.
