As a small business and like you, we are trying to navigate the new normal. We want to ensure that we continue to provide the same great products, excellent customer service, and timely shipping. Please take a moment to read.
Shipping and Returns
With the spread of COVID-19, online shopping continues to rise dramatically. We are working tirelessly to make sure your order arrives on schedule; however, we ask that you are understanding if your order is slightly delayed. We will continue to process your orders within 24 hours and ship them upon the first available pick-up from our shipping partners (USPS & UPS). We’re taking extra precautions with additional cleaning and sanitation when fulfilling your orders. We’ve also made updates to our Return Policy to provide flexibility during this time. All orders placed starting April 1, 2020 are eligible to be returned for 30 days from the purchase date. You can initiate a return by calling Customer Service or process a return on our website using your order number.
Our Customer Service hours have not changed and will continue to be answered 24/7 to assist with any questions regarding our products or your orders.
